SRA: EU Retrospective Dietary Cumulative Risk Assessment (2027)

Standard regulatory action for running retrospective cumulative dietary risk assessment of pesticide residues, in accordance with EC regulatory methodology. This action includes cumulative assessment groups (CAGs) of four acute (NAN, NAM, DAC, DAH) and three chronic effects (NCN, TCF and TCP) for different consumption surveys/populations. Occurrence data from multiple three-year monitoring cycles are included: 2019-2021, 2020-2022, 2021-2023, 2022-2024 and 2023-2025. The exposure is calculated using a probabilistic approach. The risk is characterised using the Margin of Exposure Total (MOET) and assessed by comparing the MOET at the 99.9th percentile of the exposure distribution against the regulatory threshold value of 100.
