Chronic single substance dietary exposure assessment lead or atropine
This standard action is of type: Dietary exposures
This standard action will enable you to perform a probabilistic chronic dietary exposure assessment of single substance residues in food (Boon et al. (2017), Boon et al. (2022)). This example allows you to select atropine or lead. For consumption data the FAO-WHO Gift survey of Bangladesh is used and contains only consumptions of females. The population age range of 15- 44 years was selected. The consumptions are coded according EFSAs FoodEx2 classification. The atropine concentration were extracted from the GEMS database. For lead the concentrations of the commodities were manually generated. The concentration data were organized the SSD data format. The standard action is developed for training purposes and the result should not be seen as a full exposure assessment for risks of atropine or lead.
